Environmental concerns are also of key importance when it comes to designing production plants. Every effort is made to prevent discharges of harmful substances into the atmosphere, soil and water by employing technological methods and automatic alarm systems. The maximum feasible amount of waste material is recycled. Non-recyclable, harmful wastes are sent to an incineration plant for final disposal.
