Virtual factory tour

In Tikkurila's facilities in Vantaa, Finland, paint manufacturing is highly automated and controlled by process computers. The following tour will show the various stages of the paint manufacturing process at the Monicolor plant (far left on the photo). The majority of the products manufactured here are either white or transparent base paints that receive their final colour only at the retail outlet with the help of tinting technology.
