The magic of Christmas!

Christmas magic

Create the magic of Christmas with gleaming Taika Pearl Paint. The small 1/8 litre cans of Taika Pearl Paint are ideal for ornamentation work, and are silver-based or gold-based.

Stencil instructions

1.

Draw the shape on a transparency with a waterproof felt-tip pen.

2.

Cut the stencil out of the transparency with a snap-off knife.

3.

Position the stencil on the surface to be painted.

4.

Paint the pattern by gently stippling with pieces of foam plastic, using only small amounts of paint.

5.

Clean the stencil with water. Remove dried paint with Cleaning Agent (Maalipesu) or Tool Cleaner (Pensselipesu).

The following stencils were used to decorate the cards and wrapping paper shown:

Christmas bells

These wooden bells are painted with Taika Pearl Paint Gold. The traditional Christmas card buck is shown as a golden motif – it and the wrapping paper snowflakes were created with hand-made stencils.

Decorating ordinary objects

Christmas magic cards

The wooden pegs have been painted with Taika Pearl Paint Gold for Christmas, and the card motifs from Taika Pearl Paint stippled through a stencil.

Frosty magic pine cones and golden boxes

Christmas magic pinecones

Taika Pearl Paints sparkle beautifully on small wooden containers. Taika Pearl Paint adheres well to wooden surfaces without primer. Taika Pearl Paint was used for this special Christmas pinecone decoration. Pinecones can be decorated using a small brush or dipped in paint.
