Spread Tunto Coarse with a steel spatula in a coat only as thick as its grain size.

Rub the surface immediately (i.e. within 15 minutes) by pressing down lightly with a plastic float trowel.

Remove the masking tape as soon as the work is done.
Cleaning Tunto surfaces Clean Tunto Fine surfaces with a clean, slightly moist cloth. Vacuuming is the best way to clean Tunto Coarse surfaces.

Feelings Interior Paint
Plaster, concrete, brick, building blocks and boards, MDF, wallpaper, etc. Feelings Interior Paint can be used for repainting interior surfaces previously coated with waterborne or alkyd paints. Feelings Interior Paint is also the recommended base coat for Feelings Effect Paint.
Coverage:
10-12 m2/l for non-absorbing surfaces 7-9 m²/l for absorbing surfaces The above should be used as a guide, as actual spreading rates will depend upon many factors including texture, porosity and application method.
Application method:
Brush, roller or spray application. For airless spray use a 0.017” – 0.021” spray tip. Thinning: if necessary thin by up to 10% with water.
Suitable for new or previously painted concrete, screeded surface, brick, wooden fibreboard, gypsum board or chipboard wall surfaces. TUNTO Coarse can also be applied on ceilings.
Coverage:
0,5 – 0,7 m²/l. Coverage is determined by the roughness and porosity of the surface, the painting method and painting conditions.
Application method:
Steel trowel; for spray application use plaster pump or hopper gun, min. nozzle size 5 mm. Finish with Tikkurila plastic float. Before spray application, remove the small metal plate which may have dropped into the paint can during tinting.
