| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | Surface dry and clean. Temperature of air and surface should be +5 °C, relative humidity of the air max. 80%. In case of too thick surface or too fast drying because of high temperature the cracks can appear on the surface of the plaster. | |
| Preparation | Pre-treatment:
The surface must dry, clean, free from dirt, dust and grease. Fresh cement and lime-cement plasters should be seasoned before the application of plaster min. for 4 weeks. Remove thoroughly any surface of the glue and lime paints and old loose paint. Any uneven spots or cracks fill with Prestia manufactured by Tikkurila. Such prepared surface rinse with water. Absorptive surface should be primed with Optiva Grunt. |

| Application | Apply Optiva Formo with stainless steel or plastic float create a surface 1-2 mm thick. The structure is given during application of plaster creating grooves and wipes. The plaster can be thin with max. 10 % of water, if necessary. The final structure and efficiency depend on the type of used tool, thickness of used surface and the technique of application. To make all surface or architectonical part of it should be used a product from one production batch. In order to get an additional colour effect, after min. 24 hours you should apply Feelings Effect Paint and make special effect using the sponge. The surface of plaster which was painted with Feelings Effect Paint is touch dry after min. 3 hours from application in temp. +23 °C and relative humidity of the air 50%. It is also possible to apply plasters in different colours on the same surface to create an additional colour effect.
