| DESCRIPTION | Acrylic latex paint for interior. | |
| PRODUCT FEATURES | For painting of cement – lime plaster, concrete, carton – gypsum boards and primed wood and metal. Optiva Super Mat can also be used for renovation of the surfaces which were previously painted with waterborne and alkyd paints. Paint isn’t recommend to be used on surfaces which were painted with lime milk. | |

| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | All surfaces to be painted must be dry, the temperature of the air at least +5 °C, and the relative humidity of the air below 80%. | |
| Preparation | Pre-treatment:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dirt, all loose material and surface contamination. Use recommended Tikkurila products for mould removal and cleaning. Use suitable Tikkurila fillers for filling cracks, nail holes, blemishes, etc., and leveling of uneven surfaces. Ensure that existing glossy painted and filled surfaces are thoroughly flatted down. Prime unpainted walls and ceilings with Optiva Grunt or Optiva 2 in colour which is close to the colour of the finish paint. Prime all bare wood with Unica Adhesion Primer and bare metal surfaces with Unica Metal Primer. |

| Painting | Stir paint thoroughly before use. To avoid possible colour differences make sure that enough paint from one batch is reserved for the surface to be painted. Apply 1-2 coats depend on absorption of the surface by brush, roller or by spray. For colours with especially weak hiding power (marked in tinting system) there can be necessity to apply additional coats. | |
| Cleaning of tools | Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. | |
