The final colour of the Feelings Effect Paint will depend upon the colour of the Feelings Interior Paint used as the basecoat. The final colour can in some cases look darker that the colour sample. |

| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | The surface to be painted must be dry, the temperature of the air +15-23 OC and the relative humidity of the air 30-70 %. | |
| Preparation | Unpainted surfaces:
Remove dirt and dust from unpainted surfaces. Smooth the surface with suitable Presto or Spakkeli filler, if necessary, and sand the dried surface. Remove sanding dust. Paint 2 times with Feelings Interior Paint. Previously painted surfaces: Wash down previously painted surfaces with diluted Maalipesu cleaning agent, rinse carefully with water and allow dry. Remove loose paint. Sand hard and glossy paint surfaces to matt. Remove sanding dust. Fill holes and cracks with suitable Spakkeli or Presto filler and sand the dry surface. Remove sanding dust. Paint 2 times with Feelings Interior Paint. |

| Painting | Mix the paint well before use. For more translucency, thin 10-20% with water. Apply thinly by roller. Finish immediately by rolling over the surface with an effect roller in one direction. Do not use back and forth roller strokes. Work in approx. 1 metre strips. Clean the effect roller after each strip by rolling it similarly on a clean thick sheet of paper or cardboard. A trial painting on thick cardboard is recommended.

| Cleaning of tools | Remove paint from tools and clean thoroughly with water. The use of Tikkurila Pensselipesu (Tool Cleaner) is recommended for cleaning hardened paint. | |
| Maintenance instructions | Feelings Effect Paint reaches its final durability in approx. 1 month. Avoid cleansing during that time.
Clean soiled surfaces with a neutral (pH 6-8) dishwashing agent using a soft cleaning towel. Rinse and dry immediately after treatment. Follow manufacturer’s instruction when diluting dishwashing agent. After treatment, treat surface with care for a few weeks. Surface reaches its final hardness and durability in approx. 1 month under normal circumstances. If needed, clean surface with a soft brush, a damp rag or mop. |
