DESCRIPTION Ready to use sprayable plaster for interior use.
PRODUCT FEATURES Suitable for preparing and levelling walls and ceilings in humid rooms indoors. PRESTONIT V Sprayable Plaster can be used on concrete, light concrete, plaster, filler-treated, gypsum board or wood fibre board surfaces. Either parts of the surface or the entire surface can be treated. PRESTONIT V can be used on previously painted surfaces. Surfaces treated with PRESTONIT V can be painted, tiled or covered with a vinyl wall covering.

Coverage Approximately 1 l/m²  with 1 mm thickness of layer depending on the evenness of the surface.

Mixing ratio Water, normally unthinned.
Application method Plaster spray or steel trowel.
Drying time at 23°C and 50% relative air humidity Approx. 1 hour with 1 mm thickness of layer. Thicker layers, low temperatures and high relative humidity of air will retard the drying.
Filling capacity max. 2.0 mm depending on circumstances.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Application conditions The surface to be treated must be dry, the temperature of the air over 10 ºC and the relative humidity of air below 80%.
Preparation Remove all grease and dirt. Brush off dust and loose material
Filling Apply PRESTONIT V using a suitable spray gun and trowel the surface with a steel trowel. PRESTONIT V can also be applied manually.

Abrade the surface after the plaster has dried. 1 to 2 PRESTONIT treatments are normally sufficient.
Surface treatment The surface can be painted , tiled or covered with vinyl wall covering.
Cleaning of tools Clean tools with water.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE DISPOSAL Empty cans should be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Liquid waste should be destroyed according to the local regulations.
