Patina stains give an old and worn look
Many different finishes are available for changing and creating the final look of furniture. Stains have been used on wood surfaces for years because they give wood a sophisticated colour while leaving the grain visible.
Our new solvent-borne Patina effect stain gives wood surfaces a
beautiful colour as well as an old-style look and other special effects.
For interior wood surfaces
Patina stain is suitable for treating interior furniture and doors as well as wood and wood fibreboard surfaces. The stain can also be used to treat surfaces that have been varnished or painted. Patina products contain light-resistant colouring agents. The stain is easy to use, since it is applied on a primer paint or lacquer, after which any surplus stain is simply wiped off. For a final touch the surface is protected with a finishing lacquer – using catalyst or polyurethane lacquer provides an extremely durable finish.
A variety of shades
Patina stain is available in one-litre cans in the following shades: traditional white, black, brown, yellow and red. Ask your nearest Temaspeed distributor for more information on the product. They will also be able to advise you on different lacquer and paint options suitable for use with Patina stains.
