Corrosion resistance tables
The purpose of the corrosion resistance tables is to make choosing of the right painting system easier. The tables are divided according to a surface to be painted, stress and the corrosivity categories in the standard SFS-EN ISO 12944-2.
Each table includes painting systems suitable to the chosen corrosivity category. The code on the left column (e.g. TA21) is a link to the chosen painting system sheet. In addition to link there are also paints belonging to the painting system, expected durability of the painting system, surface preparation grade and suitability to field and/or shop painting. Also gloss of the topcoat and the total dry film thickness of the painting system have their own columns.
