Luminol 25 N - UV-curing water-borne paint
|DESCRIPTION||UV-curing, water-borne urethane polyester paint.|
|PRODUCT FEATURES||Wooden surfaces indoors. Good abrasion and chemical resistance.|
|Recommended uses||Recommended for furniture, doors of kitchen fittings and other wooden surfaces indoors.|
|Colour Range||White (NCS S 0502-Y). Other colors by request.|

8 - 10 m2/l (100 μm).Practical coverage depends on the application method, painting conditions and the shape and roughness of the surface to be coated.
|Drying times||(90 - 110 g/m2)
Dry to stack immediately after UV curing.
Flash-off 1 min / 23 ºC + 5 min / 50 ºC before UV-curing.Flash-off time depends on the temperature and the efficiency of the ventilation.
Required UV-energy: 500 mJ/cm2 + 500 mJ/cm2. For proper curing of thicker layers, use both Gallium and Mercury lamps in UV-curing.

|Application conditions||The surface to be treated has to be clean and dry. During application and drying the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the paint has to be over 18 ºC and the relative humidity of the air below 70 %.|
|Painting||Stir the paint carefully before use. Thin with water to the viscosity required.|
|EU VOC 2004/42/EC-limit value||The Volatile Organic Compounds amount to 4 g/litre of paint.
