BioWash is a cleaning detergent for removing mold and algae.

Suitable for removal of mold and algae from new and previously painted concrete, plaster, bricks and metal surfaces. Recommended for use before applying BioRid, BioRid Spray or ProSeal.

Storage
Shelf-life: 2 years. Avoid sudden changes in temperature. Protect from frost. Do not store the leftover ready-to-use wash solution.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Protection
Protect glass, aluminum and other similar surfaces that could be damaged by the detergent. Avoid splashes on clothes and e.g. untreated furniture. Use facial mask at your convenience.
Surface cleaning
Apply BioWash, diluted with water (mixing ratio 1:2), on mold affected surfaces with sponge, smooth brush or spray. Let the solution act for about 20 minutes. When the surface is still wet, use brush or high pressure washer (200 bars) to remove mold. Rinse the surfaces carefully with clean water, from the top to the bottom.
Post-treatment
Apply BioWash diluted with water (mixing ratio 1:50) over the whole surface. Let the surface dry. Apply BioRid or BioRid Spray on the treated surface within 24 hours. For porous and absorbing surfaces, prime with ProSeal before applying BioRid or BioRid Spray.
Cleaning of tools
Clean tools with water.

ENVIRONMENTAL and WASTE DISPOSAL
Do not mix the product with other detergents. Empty cans should be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Liquid waste should be destroyed according to the local regulations.
