| Application method | Stir the lacquer carefully. Depending on the application technique thin the lacquer with Thinner 1058, 1059, 1033 or 1035. Do not use iron containers as mixing container. Instead use plastic, enamel or acid resistant steel containers. |

Flash Off 3-5 minutes needed before conventional drying. Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation. Stacking temperature of the painted object below 35 ºC. IR-drying is not recommended. |

| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | The surface to be treated has to be clean and dry. During application and drying the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the lacguer has to be over 18ºC and the relative humidity of the air below 70%.
Airless spraying application with the viscosity 30 - 50 seconds (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 5 - 20 % of thinning by volume. Nozzle tip 0.011" to 0.015" is recommended to use with the pressure of 120 - 160 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object. Air assisted airless application with the viscosity 30 - 50 seconds (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 5 - 20 % of thinning by volume. Nozzle tip 0.011" - 0.015" is recommended to use with the pressure 40 - 120 bar. Atomising air pressure should be about 1 - 3 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object. Conventional application with the viscosity 30 - 60 s (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 0 - 20 % thinning by volume. Nozzle tip 1.4 - 1.8 mm is recommended to use with the pressure 2,0 - 3,0 bar. Curtain coating with the viscosity 35 -56 s (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 5 - 15 % thinning by volume. Avoid too high pumping pressure and flowing speed. |
