| DESCRIPTION | Very hard and scratch resistant topcoat for painting of high quality furniture, doors and other wooden and fibre board surfaces indoors. Colours according to Temaspeed Premium tinting system. Aliphatic hardener 007 1250 is recommended for TAL-base due to its non-yellowing nature. Depending on the drying conditions hardener 0071250 might increase the paint gloss level. | |

| Application method | Application (+ 23 ºC)
Air assisted airless application with the viscosity 15-25 s (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 10-20 % of thinning. Nozzle tip 0.011" - 0.015" and the nozzle pressure 100 - 180 bar. Atomising air pressure should be about 1 - 3 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.
Conventional application with the viscosity 15 - 25 s (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 10-20 % thinning. Nozzle tip 1.4 - 1.8 mm and the nozzle pressure 2 - 3 bar. |

| Drying times | Drying times (100 - 120 g/m2)
Dust dry after 15 minutes in the room temperature 23 ºC. Dry to stack minimum 8-24 hours in room temperature 23 ºC. Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation. Stacking temperature of the painted objects below 35 ºC.. |

| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | The surface to be painted has to be clean and dry. During application and drying the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the paint has to be at least 18 ºC and the relative humidity of the air below 70 %. | |
| Preparation | Primed surfaces must be sanded with roughness P320-400. All sanding dust must be removed with f.ex. air exhauster. | |

| Mixing of components | Stir the paint carefully before use. Add 50 volume-5 of hardener. thin the paint to the viscosity required. | |
| Cleaning of tools | Thinner 1069, 1082, 1068 or 1062. | |
| EU VOC 2004/42/EC-limit value | Maximum VOC content in ready to use mixture (thinned 10 % by volume) is 620 g/l.
