| PRODUCT FEATURES | Very hard and scratch resistant topcoat for painting of high quality furniture, doors and other wooden surfaces indoors. Colour according to Temaspeed Premium tinting system. Aliphatic hardener 007 1250 is recommended for TAL-base due to its non-yellowing nature. |

Conventional application with the viscosity 15 - 22 s (DIN 4) can be reached with approximately 10-20 % thinning. Nozzle tip 1.4 - 1.8 mm and the nozzle pressure 2 - 3 bar. |

| Drying times | Dust dry after 15 minutes in the room temperature 23 ºC . Dry to stack minimum 24 hours in the room temperature 23 ºC .
Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation. Stacking temperature of the painted objects below 35 ºC . |

| APPLICATION DETAILS | ||
| Application conditions | The surface to be painted has to be clean and dry. During application and drying the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the paint has to be at least 18 ºC and the relative humidity of the air below 70 %. | |
| Preparation | Primed surfaces must be sanded with roughness P600- 1000. All sanding dust must be removed with f.ex. air exhauster. Highest gloss level can be achieved by applicating two layers of Novipur 100 and sanding P1000 - 2000 between the layers. | |
| Priming | Novipur Primer HS | |
| Painting | Stir the paint carefully. Add 50 % by volume Hardener 007 1274 and mix well.
Thin the paint to the viscosity needed with Thinner 1068 or 1062. Proper spraying viscosity is 15-22 sec (Din4). The right nozzle size is 0,011-0,013” and angle 20 or 40 and the spraying distance from object about 20-25 cm. |

| Mixing of components | Stir the paint carefuly before use. Add 50 volume-% of hardener. Thin the paint to the viscosity required. | |
| Cleaning of tools | Thinner 1068, 1062, 1069 or 1082. | |
| EU VOC 2004/42/EC-limit value | Maximum VOC content in ready to use mixture (thinned 10 % by volume) is 620 g/l.
