Presto R Green Roll-on Filler
Waterborne ready-to-use light filler for roller application. Filling capacity 3 mm without cracking and good adhesion on different substrates.
Especially suitable for plasterboard joints as well as fastening joint
tapes. For partial and total plastering. Also suitable for spray application.
For different substrates, like plasterboard, concrete, lightweight
concrete and rendered surfaces. Also suitable for plastering old glass fiber
Walls and ceilings in dry interior premises.
Light green. Gradual change in the colour during drying and grinding work will help to monitor the progress of the work.

The surface can be sanded and recoated after 2-24 hours depenging on the
thickness of the layer, relative humidity of the air and temperature.

Protect from frost
The surface to be treated must be dry, the temperature of the air over +10ºC, and the relative humidity of the air below 80 %.
Clean the surfaces from dirt. Brush off dust and loose material. Apply Presto R Green Roll-on Filler directly on unpainted surfaces.
Previously painted surfaces:
Wash surfaces with Maalipesu Cleaning Agent and rinse carefully with water. Remove loose paint with a scraper and sand hard, glossy paint surfaces matt. Remove sanding dust.
Apply Presto R Green Roll-on Filler with a roller or spray and finalize with a trowel. Sand the dried surface and remove sanding dust. Green colour makes it easier to spread the filler evenly. While sanding and drying the colour gets lighter. Apply another coat if needed.
Apply the filler over the joint with a roller or spray. Press the joint tape immediately with a trowel on the wet filler surface. Spread the filler on top of the joint tape. After the surface has dried, sand it smooth and remove sanding dust. Perform final plastering with a suitable Presto Filler.
Cleaning of tools
Clean the tools with water. Remove filler from tools before cleaning.
