As easy to use as traditional AC products

Dicco Crystal 30 White is a two-component acid-catalyzed paint, and it is easy to spray as all traditional products. The paint levels to a smooth finish with good filling properties.

Excellent hiding power

Dicco Crystal 30 White is thixotropic and has excellent hiding power even on edges and grooves.
The paint is based on absolutely new polymers, which help surface to stay whiter than white for a longer time.

Dicco Crystal 30 White is mostly used for:

APPLICATION DETAILS
Application conditions The surface to be treated has to be clean and dry. The moisture content of wood has to be below 20%. During application and drying temperature of the air, substrate and paint must be over +18ºC and relative humidity of the air below 70%. Good ventilation is required to ensure optimal result. Product can be dried with or without oven.
Preparation Remove dust, loose particles and other impurities from the surface. Wood surfaces must be sanded with sandpaper P150–240. Sanding prior to the next application with sandpaper P240–400. All sanding dust must be removed.
Priming Diccoplast Primer and Diccoplast Plus Tix.
Application For airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 15–25% to the viscosity 20-40s (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 80–140 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.

For air assisted airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 15–25% to the viscosity 25–50s (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 40–120 bar. Atomising air pressure should be about 1–3 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.

For conventional spraying, the product is thinned approximately 15–25% to the viscosity 20–25s (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 1.4–1.8 mm and the nozzle pressure 2–3 bar.
Mixing of components First stir base and hardener separately. The correct proportions of base and hardener must be mixed thoroughly before use. Use power mixer for mixing. Insufficient mixing or incorrect mixing ratio will result in uneven drying of the surface and weaken the properties of the coating.

Do not use iron containers as mixing container. Instead use plastic, enamel or acid resistant steel containers.
Cleaning of tools Thinner 1035 or 1058.
EU VOC 2004/42/EC-limit value The Volatile Organic Compounds amount is 420 g/litre of paint.
Maximum VOC content in ready to use paint (thinned 25% by volume) is 510 g/l.

For industrial use only.

HEALTH AND SAFETY LABELLING
