Recommended Uses
• Recommended to be used on solvent-borne and water-borne polyurethane topcoats on coating systems where high gloss and great color stability of underlying topcoat is required.
Excellent weathering and abrasion resistance
Fontedur Clear Plus has better UV-resistance than conventional solvent-borne lacquers. It also has as good abrasion resistance as solvent-borne products.
Lower VOC emissions
As a water-borne lacquer, Fontedur Clear Plus is a more user-friendly option than conventional solvent-borne lacquers.
Very good spraying properties
Fontedur Clear Plus has good sag resistance. There is no need for the wet-on-wet application technique or thinning. The milky appearance during application helps control the lacquering process.
