55 ± 2% weight
|Product code||Paint 006 5007, hardener 008 7605.|
|Application conditions||The surface to be treated has to be clean and dry. During application and drying the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the primer has to be over 18 ºC and the relative humidity of the air below 70 %.|
|Preparation||Wood material must be sanded with sanding paper P150–240. Sanding between primer and top coat can be done with sanding paper P240–400. All sanding dust must be removed before painting.|
|Painting||For airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–5% to the viscosity 60–70 (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 80–140 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.
For air-assisted airless spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–5% to the viscosity 60–70 (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 0.011"–0.015" and pressure 40–120 bar. Atomising air pressure should be about 1–3 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.
For conventional spraying, the product is thinned approximately 0–10% to the viscosity 50–60 (DIN4). Recommended nozzle tip is 1.4–1.8 mm and pressure 2–3 bar.
|Surface treatment||Recommended topcoats: Pinja Flex 30, Pinjadur 30, Pinja Flex Combi 25 and Pinja Flex Combi 35.|
|Mixing of components||Stir the paint carefully. Add 20% by volume Hardener 008 7605 and mix again carefully. Thin the paint to the viscosity required. If you use 2-component spray equipment, thin the paint part only.
Do not use iron containers as mixing container. Instead use plastic, enamel or acid resistant steel containers.
|Cleaning of tools||Water.|
